fighting for the larger alt vision, it’s a “i hope not” 🙃 while they still working on this new authority. & some of the folx working on it have interesting market based perspectives on housing policy 🙃

it’s the lack of listening to fellow organizers, especially Black and brown organizers, the co-optation of work, vision & ideas to do what they want anyway to present this new authority. very interesting!

i’m not against an entity such as the authority, which in my mind should focus on acquisitions, rehab & retrofit, land banking, technical assistance and capacity building, monitoring. however what i am against is the process by which this is happening, the lack of listening
